WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a member of Epic Flight Support, the Aircraft Detailer / Shop Helper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of aircraft interiors and exteriors to the highest standards. This role involves cleaning, polishing, and detailing aircraft surfaces while ensuring a safe and professional environment for customers and team members. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy hands-on tasks, and have an interest in the aviation industry. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for growth and advancement within Epic Flight Support.

Responsibilities

  • Vacuum aircraft floors, wipe down, and clean interior surfaces
  • Remove trash and clean aircraft cockpits and cabins
  • Clean and polish interior and exterior aircraft surfaces
  • Clean inside and outside aircraft windows and fuselage
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop area
  • Assist other departments and perform additional duties as needed or assigned

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous automotive or aviation cleaning/detailing experience is preferred
  • Previous experience or a strong interest in the aviation industry
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment, airport, or Fixed Base Operator (FBO) is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Outstanding customer service skills; this role frequently interacts with customers, passengers, and Epic team members
  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined, organized, and driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for the majority of the shift
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
  • Ability to lift materials and equipment as required

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE

Monday Friday
7:30 a.m. 4:00 p.m.

Starting Pay: $20.00/hour
