At Fooda, we believe a workplace food program should be something employees love and look forward to every day.
Who We Are Looking For:
Fooda is looking to add a Sales Development Representatives that will be based out of our Atlanta office. This is an awesome opportunity to work with all areas of Fooda's expanding business by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for our different clients across multiple verticals throughout the country.
This newly created role will work closely with our Business Development team in helping to setup future accounts. The SDR, will act as a subject matter expert, leveraging Fooda's value propositions by bringing potential solutions to the prospect company.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-motivated, team player and goal orientated individual. We are targeting individuals that have just graduated from college or have one year of prior SDR experience. If this sounds like you, read on to learn more.
What You Will Be Doing:
  • Offer pre-sales support to marketing qualified leads and setting up appointments for Fooda's Business Development team
  • Conduct inbound and outbound sales prospecting methods resulting in researched leads to be maintained in Fooda's CRM system, Hubspot
  • Learn and understand the Fooda sales training program, including our best practices within the sales process and CRM management
  • Identify new leads within your assigned market based on Fooda's target profile
  • Demonstrate high energy and bring a positive attitude to your daily responsibilities
  • Portray a desire to be numbers and metric driven as it relates to the amount of meetings booked and conversion of leads to sales opportunities

What You Should Already Have:
  • 0-1 years professional experience (preferably in an inside sales role)
  • Experience utilizing a CRM System
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proven track record of prospecting and lead generation
  • Able to work onsite 4 days a week

The base salary range for this role is $50,000+ and includes a sales bonus plan with an OTE of $70,000 - $75,000 that is paid monthly and tied to metrics and results. The base salary is dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to work experience, training, location, and skills.
