Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Admin for a temporary contract opportunity in Peachtree City, GA. This role is ideal for a dependable administrative professional with experience supporting HR, payroll, employee records, data entry, and confidential file management.
The HR Admin will help maintain accurate personnel files, support payroll-related tasks, review documentation, and assist with HR reporting and audits. Key Responsibilities
- Manage, organize, and maintain accurate employee personnel files and confidential HR documentation.
- Support payroll activities, including reviewing records, intake forms, and related documentation for completeness.
- Conduct audits of UKG reports, electronic files, and personnel files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Review new hire paperwork and confirm required documentation is complete and properly filed.
- File, retrieve, shred, and prepare confidential personnel records for storage according to established procedures.
- Maintain file room logs and track the location of employee files and records.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $28 to $30 per hour, based on experience.
- Job Type: 4-month contract with possible extension.
- Location: Peachtree City, GA 30269.
- Schedule: Thursday to Monday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
