At Nadeau Furniture with a Soul, no two pieces of furniture are the same - and neither are our team members. Our Nashville location is looking for a Part-Time Showroom Sales Associate  who's equally comfortable helping customers on the sales floor and handling the physical side of store operations.


This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who enjoys staying active while still connecting with customers.


What You'll Do:

Assist customers in finding one-of-a-kind furniture & decor (no cookie-cutter pieces here!)
Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and moving inventory
Safely lift and move furniture (50+ lbs regularly)
Help maintain an organized, efficient stockroom and sales floor
Assist with merchandising and floor flow
Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  Must have reliable transportation
Must be willing and able to lift furniture weighing 50+ lbs on a daily basis
1-2 years of retail or sales experience required
Basic math and computer skills required
Comfortable engaging with customers and closing sales
Weekend availability is a must
Flexible schedule
Professional, positive, and able to follow direction
