Ankur International is a family-owned importer and distributor of premium natural stone and quartz surfaces. For over 35 years, we’ve built our reputation on quality materials and exceptional customer service. Our showroom and warehouse offer a wide selection for homeowners, designers, and contractors.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, patient, and customer-focused Showroom Sales Associate to assist walk-in customers in our showroom and warehouse. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and creating a welcoming, helpful experience for every visitor. Industry experience is a plus—but not required. What matters most is your ability to connect with customers, guide them through their selections, and ensure they feel taken care of from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom and warehouse
  • Guide customers through our selection of quartz, marble, granite, and other materials
    • Understand customer needs and help them find suitable options
    • Answer customer questions or follow up with the team when unsure
    • Communicate customer needs and leads to the sales team
  • Email customers their selection sheet along with photos of their selections
  • Email fabricators the customer selection sheet
  • Learn and navigate the warehouse layout to locate slabs efficiently
  • Maintain a basic understanding of product types, finishes, and applications
  • Ensure every customer has a positive, professional experience
What We’re Looking For:

  • Current requirement: Saturdays (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
  • Future/Optional: Sunday and additional weekday hours available based on availability and business needs
