Job description

CTG is seeking to fill a SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect position for our client.

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Duration: 9 months

Duties:

  • Design and deploy SAP SuccessFactors solutions that establish key business capabilities and enable strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

  • Work with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and design scalable SuccessFactors solutions aligned with business objectives.

  • Provide technical thought leadership for the SuccessFactors platform across all modules.

  • Lead solution architecture and design activities, ensuring solutions follow industry best practices and enterprise architecture standards.

  • Collaborate across teams to resolve complex technical and design issues and minimize technical debt.

  • Develop, support, and enhance the SAP SuccessFactors platform and related HR technology solutions.

  • Lead and manage a technical team of engineers responsible for SuccessFactors solutions and implementations.

  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to evaluate solution options and make architecture recommendations.

  • Establish and promote agile practices, architecture standards, and implementation best practices.

  • Stay current with new SAP SuccessFactors products, capabilities, and features and incorporate relevant innovations into solution designs.

  • Ensure SuccessFactors solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with long-term business and technology strategies.

Skills:

  • Strong SAP SuccessFactors architecture and solution design expertise.

  • Comprehensive understanding of SAP SuccessFactors products and modules.

  • Strong knowledge of HR technology solutions and enterprise architecture principles.

  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective SuccessFactors solutions.

  • Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Experience addressing complex integration, design, and architecture challenges.

  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and architecture best practices.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor technical teams.

  • Ability to evaluate emerging SuccessFactors capabilities and determine opportunities for business and operational improvement.

Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

  • Experience serving as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect within SAP SuccessFactors environments.

  • Experience working across multiple SuccessFactors modules and integrating HR technology solutions.

  • Experience leading technical teams and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.

  • Experience developing architecture strategies that support business objectives while minimizing technical debt.

  • Experience with enterprise HR technology implementations, enhancements, and ongoing platform support.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications are preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
