Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile and motivated professional to serve as Office Manager & Sales Director. This role is ideal for someone looking for a smaller company where they will wear many hatsโ€”overseeing daily office operations while also driving sales growth in both real estate transactions and property management for both long term and short term rentals. The right person will be comfortable managing staff, handling adminis- trative tasks, and directly participating in sales and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities Office Management
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient
  • Handle administrative tasks including contracts, records, scheduling, and compliance
  • Support the owner with financial tracking, budgeting, and
  • Coordinate vendors, office supplies, and technology
  • Ensure compliance with real estate and property management
Sales & Business Development
  • Lead and support real estate agents and leasing staff in meeting sales and leasing
  • Personally handle sales and leasing opportunities as needed to grow
  • Develop and implement local marketing strategies, including property listings, open houses, social media, and community networking.
