Job description

Koss Property Maintenance is looking for a dependable and skilled handyman/property maintenance technician to help with residential and rental property maintenance, repairs, turnovers, and small projects.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can troubleshoot basic repair needs, and is comfortable handling a variety of maintenance tasks. This is a great fit for someone who is reliable, hands-on, and enjoys different types of projects rather than doing the same thing every day.


Responsibilities may include:

  • General repairs and handyman work
  • Rental property turnovers
  • Painting and touch-ups
  • Drywall repairs
  • Deck and porch repairs
  • Siding, soffit, fascia, and exterior repairs
  • Gutter cleaning and repairs
  • Yard cleanup and light exterior maintenance
  • Junk removal and property cleanouts
  • Other general property maintenance tasks as needed
