Road Technician 1

Sunbelt Rentals- the fastest-growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Pump Solutions Road Technician 1.

The Pump Solutions Road Technician 1 performs basic diagnostics and equipment repairs as safely and effectively as possible, with an emphasis on returning equipment to service to avoid equipment downtime.

Education or experience that prepares you for success:

  • 3-5 years of experience with repairing and maintaining Pump & Power equipment
  • DOT Physical Examination (Medical card)
  • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:

  • Knowledge of generators, power distribution, 3-phase
  • Possesses an understanding of diesel equipment, generators, and air compressors
  • Knowledge of centrifugal pumps, electric pumps, and submersibles
  • Able to troubleshoot/repair diesel engines
  • Knowledge of DEF-related systems

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Base Pay Range: $24.05 - 34.56

You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date. Sunbelt offers team members the following paid time off from work, subject to Sunbelt's policies (unless specified in a collective bargaining agreement):
