Job description

This position will be responsible for inspecting our vacation rental homes in St.George/Santa Clara, UT.
  • Thoroughly inspect homes after cleaners have cleaned and maintenance has made repairs to the home before next guest check-in
  • Take cleaning supplies from office to home when running low
  • Ensure home is ready for the next guests
  • Check for broken and stolen items in the home
  • Communicate with cleaning staff if home is not thoroughly cleaned
  • Communicate with maintenance staff when home requires repairs
  • Communicate with operations management when items are stolen or broken so management can order replacements and bill the necessary parties
  • Coordinate re-supply when running low
  • Hold cleaners and maintenance accountable to provide high quality work
  • 1+ year of housekeeping or hotel management experience preferred
Pay- Inspectors are paid on a per home basis
  • $15 for 3-bed homes
  • $20 for 4-bed homes
  • $25 for 5+ bed homes
Requirements
  • Must have reliable transportation and willing to drive daily to inspect homes in Hurricane
  • Be timely and thorough in your inspections
  • Previous Cleaning Experience (Preferred but not Required)
  • Great communication skills
  • Be able to work independently
  • Flexibility to inspect homes on weekdays and nights and some weekends
Salary: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
