Job description
We are looking for 1–2 reliable, detail-oriented Property Inspectors to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is the last line of defense before every guest arrival — you are the person who walks through a property, verifies it meets nestago standards, and ensures nothing is missed. Weekend availability is essential.
Compensation:$20 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Conduct post-housekeeping inspections to verify properties are cleaned, staged, and guest-ready per the nestago inspection checklistÂ
- Document and report any damage, missing items, or maintenance issues discovered during inspections with photosÂ
- Confirm all amenities are stocked and functioning (linens, toiletries, kitchen supplies, batteries, etc.)Â
- Flag urgent issues for the Property Care Manager before guest check-inÂ
- Perform minor touch-ups as needed (restaging furniture, replacing missing supplies, wiping surfaces)Â
- Deliver supplies or small items to properties when combined with inspection runsÂ
- Maintain accurate inspection records and photo logs in our property management platformÂ
Qualifications:
Reliable personal vehicle (preferably truck, 4x4 or AWD) and valid driver's license with current insuranceÂ
