POSITION SUMMARY:
Rental professional with some experience in related construction rental industry to identify the specific needs of existing and potential customers. Provide solutions that ensure profitability through total customer satisfaction as defined by the customer

Essential Functions Statement(s)
  • Determine customer needs on a daily basis.
  • Take orders/ requests from internal and external customers.
  • Problem solves or refer customer to someone who can meet their need.
  • Fulfill customer orders to their satisfaction and according to company guidelines.
  • Work with Service Operations to ensure economical rental maintenance costs.
  • Communicate essential information to sales, other employees, customers, and managers.
  • Help establish competitive rental rates in assigned area.
  • Review and approve service work orders on rental equipment, cross-check that warranty is filed.
  • Monitor and communicate on market, utilization & trends in assigned region and competitor trends to management.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Accurate billing of all short term rental contracts.
  • Work with other departments to develop effective strategies to increase sales and gross profit in the contractor division.
  • Continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  • Look for change in processes and seek new innovations in products and services.
  • Maintain acceptable personal and work area standards for safety, appearance, and equipment condition.
  • Uphold the EDO vision, mission statements, values, and objectives.
  • Understand our customers.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate
Experience: Related industry experience is preferred, Experience with scheduling and overseeing delivery/transportation personnel is preferred, Industrial rental knowledge is preferred
Computer Skills: Skilled in the use of computers
