About the role
Wander is looking for an entry-level Graphic Designer to join our team in Austin, TX. In this role, you'll take AI-generated, template-based websites and transform them into polished, beautiful sites for luxury short-term vacation rental managers.
What you'll do
  • Take AI-generated website templates and turn them into beautiful, on-brand sites for luxury short-term rental property managers
  • Apply strong design taste to layouts, typography, colors, and imagery so every site feels premium and trustworthy
  • Customize templates for each client's brand, property portfolio, and target guest
  • Use AI tools, including Claude Cowork, to speed up design, content, and website-building workflows
  • Collaborate with the team to refine templates and design systems over time

Qualifications
  • Entry-level role - no professional experience required, but a strong design portfolio (school projects, personal work, or freelance) is a must
  • Genuine interest in graphic design, layout, typography, and visual branding, with an eye for luxury and premium aesthetics
  • Comfortable using AI tools for design and workflow, and excited to use Claude Cowork daily
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to move quickly across many small projects
  • Austin, TX based required; relocation is not supported

The pay range for this role is:
45,000 - 45,000 USD per year (Austin, TX)
