National Corporate Housing is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day sales and operations of one of our local offices. In this high-impact leadership role, you will drive financial performance, market visibility, and customer loyalty through strong business acumen, team development, and strategic execution. Expectations for Success:
  • Achieve year-round profitability of the market
  • Hire, manage, and develop high-potential associates
  • Lead, manage, and hold sales and operations team members accountable
  • Drive the success of the business development team, including outside salespeople
  • Attend sales calls and deliver presentations
  • Achieve guest satisfaction survey score goals
  • Review client and guest relations issues and resolve when necessary
