130,000 base plus annual bonus, full medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO — and a yard where you make the call on what goes out, what comes back, and what gets fixed first.


A global construction services company is hiring a Rental Yard Operations Manager for its forming and shoring branch in Rialto, CA. Direct hire, onsite, running a crew of 10 to 12 full-time yard employees plus temp labor and ops support.


The fleet here is rental equipment — shoring towers, post shores, aluminum beams, joists, panels, and forms — not trucks. There's no DOT program, no drivers, and no vehicle shop attached to this job.


Day to day

  • Keep the rental fleet available, staged, and jobsite-ready
  • Inspect returns, assess damage, and prioritize repairs
  • Coordinate equipment transfers with other branches
  • Run shipping, receiving, and cycle counts to hold inventory accuracy
  • Schedule, supervise, and develop the yard crew and temp labor
  • Own facility upkeep and safety compliance


What gets you hired

  • 5+ years running a yard, rental branch, warehouse, or materials operation
  • Directly supervised hourly employees and temp labor
  • Strong inventory control — cycle counts, reconciliation, accuracy you can defend
  • Able to read engineered construction drawings and shoring or formwork layouts
  • Solid Excel plus ERP or WMS experience
  • Forming, shoring, scaffold, concrete accessories, or construction equipment rental background is a big plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish, forklift or rigging certification, and multi-branch transfer experience are preferred but not required
