We're Hiring Drybar Customer Service Representatives!

Drybar Wesley Chapel - Opening Soon

At Drybar, we keep it simple: No cuts. No color. Just blowouts! We focus on one thing and obsessed with being best at it. For us that’s blowouts. We’re excited to be opening our doors at The Shops at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel. We are looking for energic and amazing Customer Service/Sales Associates, also known as Drybar Bartenders, to become part of our team and willing to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

There is no slinging drinks involved—just slinging good vibes, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping to build an unforgettable Drybar experience for the Wesley Chapel community.

Cosmetology Students are welcomed to apply.


What You'll Do:

Drybar Bartenders are the behind the scenes AND front of house staff that keep the salon on track and the vibe up! You’re not just answering phones — you’re running the show, keeping clients happy, and making magic behind the scenes.

We're open 7 days a week and looking for openers and closers. Flexible shifts available.

  • Be the first and last impression—greet every client with warmth and personality
  • Keep the shop flow running smoothly (you’re the traffic controller!)
  • Serve complimentary beverages 
  • Educate clients on membership benefits, add-ons, and styling products
  • Manage appointments, process check-ins/outs, and support the flow of the shop
  • Keep our shop stylish and spotless
  • Bring the energy, the personality, and the positivity

Stylish Dress Code:

  • Chic simple and polished: Black, grey, white and denim, with pops of our signature yellow. 

What You Need:

  • A genuine passion for customer service
  • Great communication skills and willingness to be a team-player
  • Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to multitask with ease
  • Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shifts
  • Has the technical ability and skills to operate a point of sale system
  • Problem solver – use logic and support resources to solve problems at the front desk
  • Maintains professional demeanor under pressure
  • A willingness to learn, grow and perfect Drybar standards through ongoing training.
  • Drybar follows all applicable federal, state and local laws regarding background checks.
