Job description

Location: Placentia, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: $25/hour + commensurate with experience and qualifications
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role
We’re a fast-moving, creatively driven company with a small but mighty team—and we’re looking for a hands-on, highly adaptable IT Generalist to be our go-to tech expert. This isn’t your typical siloed IT role. You’ll be the sole IT lead, responsible for keeping our systems humming while jumping in wherever needed to support operations.
If you thrive in dynamic environments, love solving problems across hardware, software, and systems, and enjoy being the person everyone turns to when things go sideways—you’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities
Core IT Duties

  • Troubleshoot and maintain hardware (workstations, server, networking gear, IoT devices)
  • Manage software issues across OS platforms and applications
  • Administer access controls, user permissions, and account provisioning
  • Maintain and update ERP and ancillary systems for cross-platform compatibility
  • Oversee VOIP telecommunications and ensure uptime across all tech systems
  • Support and maintain 3rd-party SaaS tools used across departments
  • Training new employees of using the system
  • Handling digital marketing of online marketplaces

Operational Support (as needed)

  • Assist with order processing via our OMS system
  • Help maintain inventory accuracy and data integrity
  • Jump in on pick/pack tasks or other team needs when extra hands are required
What We’re Looking For
  • Broad technical knowledge across hardware, software, networking, and SaaS
  • Experience with ERP systems, OMS platforms, and cross-platform environments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Friendly, collaborative attitude—able to support non-technical teammates with patience
  • Highly self-sufficient and comfortable wearing multiple hats
  • Thrives in fast-paced, non-repetitive environments
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be able to work on-site in Placentia, CA (this is not a remote role)
✅ Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in IT support or systems administration
  • Familiarity with small business operations and multi-role environments
  • Experience with VOIP systems, IoT devices, and SaaS integrations
  • Basic understanding of inventory systems and order management workflows
  • Bonus: Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar platforms
Important Note
We’re looking for someone who truly identifies as an “IT person”—not just someone who’s tech-curious. If you’re the one friends and coworkers always call when something breaks, and you love being that person, we want to meet you.
How to Apply
Submit your resume and a brief note about why you’re the right fit. We’re hiring immediately but will take the time to find the right person—so bring your A-game.
