Order Management Specialist
Adecco is now hiring for an Order Management Specialist position for a distribution company, where the company culture promotes collaboration, accountability, curiosity, respect, and embracing each other’s differences in the San Fernando Valley area.
Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter, review, and verify MarketTime orders in QuickBooks, ensuring pricing and specifications meet company guidelines.

  • Invoice orders that need to be shipped from warehouse

  • Invoice orders for merchandise that are shipped from Frontline

  • Book orders from Frontline for shipping

  • Book EDI import orders into QuickBooks

  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure products are picked, packed, and shipped promptly.

  • Track stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

  • Investigate and resolve delays, shipping errors, or damaged products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

  • 3- 5 years’ experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and dedicated Order Management Systems (OMS).

  • Exceptional verbal and written skills to coordinate with multiple departments and de-escalate customer concerns.

  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to communicate professionally with management and team.

Shifts Available:
Shifts are available from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
