Play a key role in Trackman's U.S. shipping operations
We're looking for a reliable Shipping Associate to manage domestic small-parcel fulfillment, ensuring orders are packed accurately and shipped on time to customers across the United States. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who values precision, consistency, and being part of the operational backbone of a globally recognized golf technology company.
Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and ship small-parcel orders using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and shipping software.
  • Process online orders and maintain product listings on platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or eBay.
  • Monitor tracking, resolve shipping issues, and manage returns.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through counts and reconciliation.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status and shipping inquiries.
  • Support workflow improvements and help optimize shipping costs.

  • Experience in shipping, fulfillment, or e-commerce preferred.
