Location: Overland Park, KS – Onsite

Job Description

  • Lead design, development, modernization, and enhancement of enterprise banking applications.
  • Develop .NET/C#, React JS, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven solutions.
  • Work with Product Owners, BAs, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams in Agile/Scrum.
  • Participate in solution design, estimation, sprint planning, releases, and code reviews.
  • Optimize application performance and resolve production issues.
  • Mentor development teams and drive engineering best practices.
  • Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps automation, and AI-assisted development.
  • Ensure compliance with banking security, audit, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of enterprise software development.
  • Strong .NET, C#, React JS, and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
  • Kafka and Flowable BPM preferred.
