Location: On-Site in Garden City Park & Field Work
Schedule: Full-Time. Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $17 - $20/hour

Power-Flo Technologies is seeking a Mechanic Helper to join our Pump and Motor Repair Team.


What You’ll Do:
  • Assist mechanics with cleaning, painting, testing, and disassembling AC/DC motors & pumps.
  • Clean parts
  • Maintain the tool areas
  • Help troubleshoot & repair pumps, motors, and fans in-shop and on-site.
  • Use power tools, hand tools, and a multimeter for repairs.
  • Assist with the replacing & wiring of electric motors at job sites.
What You Need:
  • Mechanical/technical skills & experience with hand/power tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical & mechanical systems.
  • Basic PC knowledge & strong communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license (clean for 7 years).
Physical Requirements:
  • Stand for up to 8 hours, lift 50 lbs, and work on ladders/platforms.
  • Exposure to dust, loud noise, and temperature changes.
  • This position may require standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching and/or reaching
  • Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills may be required for hand tools, power tools, and other machinery
