Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program. Average bonus and commission plans for high performing Assistant Shop Manager can add up to $1.50 - $2.00 per hour to your hourly salary.

Assistant Shop Manager Duties:

  • Manage daily shop operations, including timely opening and closing on manager’s days off.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain high review ratings.
  • Assist the store manager in all aspects of store management.
