We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Shop Helper to join our team in Conroe, TX. This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to contribute, and wants to grow in a stable fabrication shop environment.

What You'll Do

  • Assist skilled tradespeople and fabricators with daily shop tasks
  • Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
  • Move, load, and unload materials and equipment
  • Support fabrication and assembly processes as directed
  • Follow all safety protocols and supervisor instructions

What You'll Need

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Basic hand and power tool knowledge is a plus
  • Fabrication shop experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints is a plus
  • Prior shop, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred but not required
