Position Overview:
As part of The Legend Clubs team, the Golf Shop Help will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency during the upcoming golf season. The role involves various tasks such as providing outstanding service to members, managing merchandise sales, operating the Point of Sale system, assisting with tee sheet management, Junior Golf Administration, and maintaining the presentation of the golf shop.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to members visiting the golf shop.
  • Sell merchandise including clubs, men's and ladies' clothing, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Operate the Point of Sale system accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist Golf Professional staff in managing the tee sheet, ensuring smooth scheduling of tee times.
  • Handle Junior Golf Administration tasks as required.
  • Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the golf shop to ensure an inviting atmosphere.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Independent and team-oriented mindset, capable of working well both individually and collaboratively.
