Join a dynamic team in a custom fabrication shop that specializes in both large-scale and small custom jobs. We are seeking a Shop Helper to support the flow of operations, primarily focusing on paint preparation and production tasks such as assembly and grinding using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities
  • Support paint preparation within the production process.
  • Assist in assembly and grinding tasks using hand and power tools.
  • Ensure the organized flow of the shop.
  • Handle shipping and receiving duties.
  • Operate forklifts for materials handling and loading trucks.
  • Maintain inventory and palletize materials.
Essential Skills
  • Comfortable working in manufacturing and construction environments.
  • Experience using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to operate sit-down forklifts.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • 6 months or more experience in manufacturing or construction.
  • Preferred experience with bandsaws.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
