About the Role

As a Red Seal Automotive Service Technician, you’ll use your technical expertise to diagnose, service, and repair vehicles while ensuring every customer receives exceptional, honest, and transparent service. You’ll work independently while also contributing to the positive, team‑focused culture in our shop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and perform high‑quality vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Communicate repair needs and recommendations clearly with Service Advisors
  • Complete detailed repair stories including complaint, cause, and correction
  • Verify parts for accuracy prior to installation
  • Maintain a high standard of workmanship, organization, and shop safety
  • Mentor and support apprentices and junior technicians

What You Bring

  • Red Seal Automotive Service Technician (Journeyperson) Certification (required)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong experience in mechanical and electrical diagnostics and repair
  • A/C license (asset)
