Service Shop Foreman

Salary Range $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 Base+Commission/year

Shop Foreman Description

Our Shop Foreman ensures that repairs are performed correctly and efficiently by qualified Technicians and that the service departments customer satisfaction rating is at the highest level possible. They will maintain and oversee the training certifications of the Technician staff and provide technical support for the staff when needed. They will also closely monitor the condition of the service shop including cleanliness and repair and with a particular eye on safety concerns and address any issues immediately.

The ideal Shop Foreman is organized and able to multi-task and follow directions from the Service and Sales Management Team.

They should be a good communicator, both in person and able to write effectively in email communications.

They will be required to work collaboratively with other departments to solve problems and maintain a high level of customer and employee satisfaction.

Our company uses many different technologies and our Shop Foreman are expected to be comfortable with and make use of all of the programs that we use including CDK, Drive Centric, Microsoft 365 and Teams as well as various Manufacturer websites.

This position requires a valid driver license and acceptable records check.
