Gwinnett Place Honda Collision Center Location: 3325 Satellite Blvd., Duluth, Georgia 30096 Very busy shop that is air-conditioned and full of state-of-the-art equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following: Schedules appointments with customer. Works with customer and Collision Center Technician to identify required repair work. Offers additional services and repairs to customers. Computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer. Enters itemized estimate on repair order and explains estimate to customer. Meets Collision Center standards for repair/order production. Maintains CSI at or above Company standards Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area Participates in required training Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system Follows Safeguards rules and regulations. Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values Complies with Company policies and procedures Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties. Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. May be exposed to load noise, vibration, paint-dust, and other body repair shop conditions. Environment Demands: Duties are generally performed in the Collision Center area. Work includes inspection of customer vehicles and frequent movement around the body repair shop to convey information between customers and Collision Center Technicians. Frequently interacts with customers, Collision Center Manager, Collision Center Technicians, and Company personnel. Verbal and Writing Ability: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees. Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations. Ability to understand and follow technical manuals.
