Job Description
โ€ข Proactively greet customers professionally
โ€ข Develop lasting customer relationships by treating customers with courtesy
โ€ข Conduct follow-up customer communication
โ€ข Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations
โ€ข Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
โ€ข Understand and track established individual sales goals
โ€ข Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
โ€ข Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
โ€ข Other duties as assigned
**45K to 75K expected 1st-year earnings in a draw plus commission payment structure
