CDL Class B Driver / Shop Associate

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Class B Driver with forklift experience to support daily delivery, pickup, and shop operations. This position involves transporting equipment and materials to customer locations, loading and unloading trucks, and assisting with shop organization and inventory handling. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate CDL Class B vehicles safely and efficiently for local and regional deliveries
  • Load, unload, secure, and transport pumps, motors, parts, and related equipment
  • Operate forklifts and other shop equipment safely
  • Inspect vehicles before and after trips and report maintenance needs promptly
  • Maintain accurate delivery paperwork, logs, and shipping documentation
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing shop inventory
  • Support shop operations as needed
  • Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and customer site requirements
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries and pickups

Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class B license with clean driving record
  • Forklift certification or previous forklift operating experience
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials regularly
