We are seeking a friendly and organized Golf Shop Clerk to join our team in Cashiers, NC. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with daily golf shop operations, and help create a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain inventory by restocking merchandise and notifying management of low stock.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding tee times, merchandise, and services.
  • Assist with organizing and preparing for golf events and tournaments.
  • Keep the golf shop clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods responsibly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
