The Shop Manager leads all shop and field service operations for the branch, with overall responsibility for service performance, profitability, employee development, customer satisfaction, and safety.
Responsibilities
  • Lead daily service operations with accountability for profitability, quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction
  • Schedule and coordinate shop work to meet time and cost targets
  • Oversee work orders, estimates/quotes, and work-in-process
  • Communicate with customers, technicians, suppliers, and management to ensure smooth operations
  • Coach, train, and develop leadmen and technicians
  • Assist with troubleshooting and repairs as needed

Qualifications
