PositionOverview:
XOVR CNC Parts &Service is seeking a dependable and hardworking Shop Helper tosupport our team in organizing, packing, and managing installationmaterials for CNC machinery. This position plays a key role inensuring our warehouse stays clean, stocked, and efficient. You'llbe involved in day-to-day shop operations including inventorymanagement, preparing shipments, tool staging, and general upkeepof the shop.
Additionally, you willberesponsible for processing customer orders of consumablesandspare parts-this includes packing, shipping, and ensuringaccuratefulfillment of orders to support our growingcustomer base.
EssentialJob Functions:
  • Pack, label, andstage outgoing job boxes and install materials for fieldservice and projects
  • Organize, prepare,and maintain installation materials and job-specifictools
  • Fulfill, pack, andship customer orders for consumables and spare partsaccurately and on time
  • Communicate withtheteam to ensure proper part availability and orderaccuracy
  • Assist withreceivingand inspecting incoming parts and toolsPerform physicalinventory counts and maintainaccurate stock levels
