Location: Don Tester Ford – Norwalk, OH

Job Description

Don Tester Ford is seeking an experienced Body Shop Assistant / Estimator to join our collision center team. This position is ideal for someone with collision repair experience who enjoys working directly with customers while helping coordinate repairs from estimate to completion.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and knowledgeable in collision estimating, insurance processes, and repair planning. You'll play a key role in ensuring repairs are completed efficiently while providing outstanding customer service throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and assist with the collision repair estimate process

  • Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry estimating software
