Supervise the Electro-Mechanical Technicians and Field Service Technicians with responsibility to include processing customer technical service-related trips such as installations, training, service work, field rebuilds, afterhours troubleshooting and 24/7 support coverage.  May work closely with engineering and/or production to improve the quality and performance of equipment.  Ensure efficiencies and achieve assigned operational objectives.  Provide expertise to other departments where needed.  Prioritize as required while directing the work of assigned team.  Staff, manage, evaluate and develop employees as needed

What You’ll Do:

  • Travel in support of service activities as needed, including installations, training, service work, trouble shooting, field rebuilds, etc.
  • Provide leadership to direct reports including employee development, technical support and assistance.
  • Ensure 24/7 maintenance support in the region and for the entire Weiler product line.
  • Support commercial activities by creating aftermarket quotations, RMAs, credits, allowances, etc and sales efforts to achieve assigned aftermarket and/or equipment sales plan
  • Engage with sales, engineering and/or operations on a regular basis to ensure alignment of resources and contribute to process improvement and product enhancements.
  • Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.

What You’ll Need:

  • Associate or technical degree in related technical field or equivalent work related experience.
  • 5 years experience with a combination of customer and internal communications.
  • 5 years experience in a related industry or service management.
  • 5 years experience managing technical staff.

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.

$80,958 – 101,146 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance.
