Description

New Balance is a running and athletic shoe store. Our rapid growth is creating excellent opportunities for sales and supervisors, candidates who are eager to excel and be driven to reach and exceed expectations. We are looking for people willing to learn and be trained to provide customers with a great reatil experience. Inside sales and customer service in a full service retail athletic shoe store. Ability to interact with customers and understand their needs in footwear, an be able to learn and manage a sales team. Indivual will be trained in all aspects of the bussiness,sales inventory and customer service. Must be availability to work a wide variety of business hours, including weekends, but no nights required. 

Skills/ Requirements

Inside sales and customer service in a full service retail athletic shoe store. Ability to interact with customers and understand their needs in footwear.

Will train to educate and demonstrate differences in types of foot wear and technologies of New Balance footwear, manage inventory and all aspect of the store. 

Important Notes

An availability to work a wide variety of business hours, including weekends, no nights are necessary, as our stores close at 6:00 PM.

We offer competitive pay $ 14 to 18 per hour.Â
