Shoe Sales Associate

As a Shoe Sales Associate, you represent Von Maur and impact our reputation as America's Leading Department Store. In this action-packed department, you have the opportunity to make a lasting impression on the customers' shopping experience through building relationships and optimizing brand knowledge to meet the customers needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the customer experience greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
  • Develop relationships to grow your business
  • Achieve individual sales and account goals
  • Highlight product knowledge and store services to create the best customer experience
  • Ring POS transactions and key account information
  • Assist customers with sizing, fitting and trying on shoes
  • Maintain a visually appealing and clean department, and shoe stock room
  • Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
