Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Management:
  • Supervise and train shipping and receiving personnel as needed.
  • Assign tasks and ensure timely completion.

Shipping and Receiving Operations:
  • Oversee all aspects of shipping and receiving activities, including receiving, checking, storing, and preparing goods for shipments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory.

Documentation and Compliance:
  • Ensure accuracy of shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, Serialization and shipping labels.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Work within Customer Portals uploading documentation.

Coordination and Communication:
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as quality, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communicate with carriers and freight forwarders to optimize shipping processes and resolve any issues.

Problem-Solving and Improvement:
  • Identify and resolve shipping-related issues, such as delays or damaged goods.
  • Proactively address any challenges in the logistics process.
