Company Overview:
We are a meat packaging company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented, and bilingual (English/Spanish)  individual to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Associate. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely flow of products.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Operate walkie riders and other material handling equipment safely
  • Prepare, package, and stage outgoing shipments
  • Complete and maintain accurate shipping and receiving paperwork
  • Serve as a floater to assist in other areas of the facility as needed
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies
  • Keep work areas clean and organized

Requirements:

  • Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Willingness to work overtime and float to other areas of the facility
  • Ability to work in a refrigerated environment
