Shipping/Receiving Lead

Pay: $24–$26/hour

We are hiring a Shipping/Receiving Lead to oversee daily shipping and receiving operations and lead a team of warehouse associates. This role will ensure accurate shipments, inventory, documentation, and a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and assign daily tasks to shipping/receiving staff
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Verify, inspect, and document shipments for accuracy
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
  • Train and support warehouse employees
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and safety
  • Help improve warehouse processes and efficiency
  • Communicate operational issues and updates to management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2–4 years of shipping/receiving or warehouse leadership experience
  • Experience with WMS and warehouse software preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed
