The Role

We are seeking a hard-working, organized, and tech-savvy Production Coordinator to

keep our manufacturing pipeline running smoothly. You will oversee orders from initial

entry to final production, working directly with floor leads, fulfillment teams, and state-of

the-art print machinery. If you thrive in high-speed, high-output environments and

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Management: Create and manage batch orders in a timely manner,

routing product flow clearly across production and fulfillment teams.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate daily game plans with the Director of

Production, floor leads, and Fulfillment Specialists to hit tight deadlines.

Software & Equipment Mastery: Develop expert proficiency in our production

and shipping software (e.g., Artomator, RIP software, ShipStation, Shopify) and

maintain print room machinery and stock.

Order Finishing & Shipping: Oversee post-production details including barcode

application, custom packaging, final order verification, and customer shipping.

Shift Operations: Build comprehensive floor knowledge to comfortably run

production shifts and step in wherever needed.

Qualifications

Technical Aptitude: Strong general computer skills (Microsoft Office, general

web navigation); familiarity with print production software or order management

tools (ShipStation, Shopify) is a major plus.

Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, and move around the production floor

for 8+ hours a day.

Mindset: Exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, self-sufficient, and goal-driven

with strong verbal communication skills.

Bonus Points For

• 1+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing

(LEAN manufacturing experience ideal).

• Broad knowledge of sports, entertainment, and pop culture.
