Job Title: Shipping/Receiving
Location: Longwood, FL
Compensation: $16.00 per hour (potentially higher based on experience)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping/Receiving Worker to join our team as a Shipping Clerk. This role is not in a large warehouse setting and does not require forklift operation. The ideal candidate will have some previous experience in shipping/receiving and strong data entry skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily shipping and receiving functions, including preparing shipments, checking deliveries, and verifying packing slips.
  • Complete accurate data entry of incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Ensure proper documentation and handling of all packages and materials.
  • Assist with inventory controls and maintain organized records.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, carriers, and coworkers regarding shipments and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly shipping area.

Requirements:
  • Experience in shipping/receiving or a related clerical position.
  • Strong data entry and computer skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
  • No forklift operation required.
