Shipping & Receiving Associate – Concord, NH

Schedule | Monday- Friday 7:00am-3:30pm 

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to support fast-paced warehouse and store operations. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the movement, tracking, and accuracy of auto parts, supplies, and materials between locations. A Valid Drivers License with acceptable driving history is required

You’ll play a key role in keeping inventory flowing smoothly between the Distribution Center and Stores while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency at all times.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate forklifts to receive, ship, and move inventory safely
  • Scan, pack, and organize auto parts into totes, boxes, or cages
  • Pull, stage, and ship products to warehouse or store locations
  • Process transfers between hub and stores accurately and on time
  • Maintain shipping/receiving records and complete required documentation
  • Ensure all orders are verified for accuracy before shipment
  • Report unsafe conditions, damages, or inventory issues immediately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment daily
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards
  • Act as a back up delivery driver/ shuttle driver when needed
  • Support team members and assist in other areas as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
  • Valid Drivers License with acceptable driving history required
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Dependable, flexible, and willing to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision

Key Performance Expectations

  • Maintain 99% inventory accuracy and fill rate goal
  • Ensure all shipments and transfers are completed correctly and on time
  • Maintain safe and compliant work practices at all times

Physical Requirements

This role requires an active work style in a warehouse environment:

  • Regularly lift up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 40 lbs
  • Stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, and climb throughout the shift
  • Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Use hands for scanning, handling, and operating equipment
  • Wear required PPE (safety glasses, boots, gloves, vest, etc.)
