Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support our operations. This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a smooth flow of goods within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
  • Prepare and package outgoing orders according to company standards
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory
  • Verify shipping documentation, labels, and materials for accuracy and compliance
  • Organize and store materials in designated areas
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and perform physical tasks
