Employees in these roles receive incoming shipments, inspect products for damage or accuracy, and process paperwork. They also prepare outgoing shipments, pack items securely, label packages, and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely delivery. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to operate equipment like forklifts are important for success in this job.

Effective communication, reliability, and problem-solving abilities are key soft skills that enhance performance. These skills ensure accurate, efficient handling of goods and seamless coordination within the supply chain.
