We are seeking a Shipping and Warehouse Manager to join our team at our location in Mount Prospect, IL (USA)., Full Benefits Package, M-F, 1st shift. This is not a remote position.
Oversees all warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and distribution operations. This role is responsible for ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse efficiency, leading staff, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
  • Requirements: Manage daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory activities, schedule, develop and enforce standard operating procedures for warehouse operations. Ensure accurate order fulfillment, packaging, documentation, and shipment processing. Monitor inventory levels and maintain high inventory accuracy. Coordinate with production, purchasing, customer service, and transportation providers. Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Manage warehouse layouts, storage utilization, and material flow. Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, damages, and customer concerns. Ensure compliance with OSHA, company safety policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
5+ years of warehouse and shipping experience.
3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
Knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP platforms, and shipping software.
Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
