Job Title: Lead Shipping and Receiving Lead
Department: Parts & Service / Warehouse
Reports To: Parts Manager or Operations Manager
Position Summary:
The Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for overseeing all incoming and outgoing shipments within the dealership's parts department. This role ensures accurate inventory handling, timely deliveries, and efficient warehouse/department operations. Coordinate daily logistics activities and maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations
  • Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; verify against purchase orders
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of outgoing orders, including packaging and documentation
  • Maintain organized inventory and storage areas within the warehouse/department
  • Lead cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits
  • Train, schedule, and support shipping/receiving team members
  • Resolve discrepancies related to shipments, inventory, or documentation
  • Maintain shipping records, logs, and reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed

Qualifications:
