About the Role

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our Operations team and help keep our fast-paced warehouse running smoothly.

In this hands-on role, you'll support the daily movement of products and customer orders through shipping, receiving, inventory, returns, and order fulfillment. You'll work closely with the Operations team and other departments to make sure products are handled accurately, efficiently, and with care.

This is an on-site, part-time position. Candidates must have open availability and flexibility to work based on business and scheduling needs.

What You'll Do
  • Pull, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Receive incoming inventory, products, and supplies and verify shipments for accuracy.
  • Process returns, warranties, remakes, and inventory transfers.
  • Help maintain accurate and organized inventory.
  • Support order fulfillment and the daily movement of products throughout the warehouse.
  • Assist with inventory counts, replenishment, and warehouse organization.
  • Help identify and resolve inventory or shipping discrepancies.
  • Support other departments and special projects as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Jump in wherever needed to help the team keep orders moving and deliver a great customer experience.
What We're Looking For
  • 1–2 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems.
  • Experience with shipping, inventory, or ERP software is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical duties of a warehouse position.
