  • Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to identify root causes of shipping, receiving, inventory, and return issues, driving network efficiency improvements.
  • Support supplier compliance and conduct performance reviews of merchandising, distribution centers, and suppliers to ensure operational excellence.
  • Act as liaison for field operations, communicating expectations and resolving escalated issues to maintain smooth execution.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives using lean concepts and end-to-end costing to reduce waste and optimize costs.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools that support data analysis, automation, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with Walmart systems and applications, including WTMS, Transom, Blue Yonder, Retail Link, or similar supply chain and merchandising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decision-making.
