Inventory Handler
** Must complete MVR, Drug Testing amp; Background Check**
Job Summary:
The Inventory Handler supports daily warehouse and inventory operations, including order picking, receiving, shipping, cycle counts, and physical inventory. This is a hands-on, physical labor role requiring frequent lifting and movement of materials. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Forklift certification is required, and the role includes safe operation of warehouse equipment and occasional box truck driving. Basic computer skills are required to process inventory transactions and communicate with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory.

Pull and process pick tickets accurately to fulfill orders.

Package, label, and ship orders via FedEx, UPS, LTL, and FTL carriers.

Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.

Safely drive a box truck to transport materials between warehouse locations.

Operate a forklift or pallet jack when needed, while completing most tasks manually.

Consistently lift, carry, and move materials by hand throughout the warehouse.

Load and unload trucks and warehouse racks (manual handling required).

Use ERP and warehouse systems (Microsoft Navision, NAV, Business Central) for inventory tracking.

Communicate and coordinate effectively using Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety procedures.
Physical amp; Work Requirements:

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, and reach for extended periods.

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (heat/cold, indoor/outdoor).

Must be physically able and willing to perform hands-on manual labor daily.

Valid driver’s license with a clean record (required for box truck operation).
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

Current forklift certification (required).

1–2 years of warehouse, Inventory, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience required.

Familiarity with cycle counts, physical inventory, and shipping processes (FedEx, UPS, LTL, FTL).

Ability to safely operate a forklift and pallet jack.

Basic computer skills (ERP, email, inventory tracking).

Team player, dedicated, able to multitask, and work under pressure.
