  • Unload trailers and stage materials in designated warehouse and production areas.

  • Supply raw materials and parts to manufacturing lines while transporting finished goods to shipping locations.

  • Support continuous flow production by replenishing materials, moving Kanban cards, replacing tools, and assisting with production changeovers.

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using appropriate packaging methods to prevent damage during transit.

  • Process shipments using UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, DHL, and other shipping systems.

  • Receive inventory into Fourth Shift and maintain accurate inventory records.

  • Perform cycle counts, inventory adjustments, scrap processing, and support annual physical inventories.

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to safely move materials throughout the facility.

  • Inspect incoming materials for quantity, part numbers, damage, and purchase order accuracy while reporting discrepancies.

  • Maintain clean, organized work areas by following 6S practices and company safety standards.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining quality and environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) compliance.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED (associate degree or equivalent post-secondary training is a plus).

  • Minimum of 2 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory control, or manufacturing logistics experience.

  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.

  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing production needs.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions and quality procedures.

  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed to support production schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Fourth Shift ERP or similar inventory management systems.

  • Experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, DHL, or other shipping software.

  • Knowledge of inventory control processes, cycle counting, and warehouse best practices.

  • Familiarity with electronic components, including SMT, Through-Hole, MSD, and RoHS materials.

  • Previous experience supporting manufacturing or HVAC production operations.

  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify process enhancements.
