About the opportunity

Starflex is hiring an experienced CNC laser operator to strengthen our fabrication team. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and care deeply about accuracy, safety, and throughput, this is the place to apply your skills.

What you’ll do

• Prepare, set up, and operate CNC laser cutting equipment for production
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
• Load/unload materials and parts safely and efficiently
• Verify part quality, dimensions, and finishes
• Handle routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain steady production flow and meet daily targets
• Coordinate closely with production and quality teams

What you bring

• Proven experience running CNC laser equipment (required)
• Amada experience preferred; other laser platforms strongly encouraged to apply
• Blueprint literacy and proficiency with calipers/micrometers
• Detail-driven, quality-focused mindset
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Forklift experience is a plus
